UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO PROCESS REPLACEMENT AND REFUND.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

- We accept returns and process refunds on all orders only if the product is damaged or not working properly, and not in any other condition. The returned items must be received in new and unused condition.

- To be eligible for a replacement or refund, buyers need to submit a complete unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon delivery. Soon after that, we will generate a return authorization for you after verifying it. It is advisable to record an unboxing video every time to keep them as evidence in case of receiving damaged/broken/different products.

-Invalid reasons

‘Buyer no longer wants the product’ - this is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at Shopping Nomad. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

  1. Return Procedure:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 5 days from the date of delivery.

- Provide relevant details such as order number, item description, and reason for return.

- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

  1. Return Requirements:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, box, and price tags intact.

- We recommend using the original packaging to ensure the safe transport of the item back to us.

- Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.

  1. Refund Process:

- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.

- Refunds will be credited to the buyer’s bank account within 6-7 business days.

- Please note that the duration of the refund process may vary depending on the buyer’s bank and payment method used during the purchase.

  1. Replacement Policy:

- If the item is no longer available, we will offer a replacement of equal value or provide a refund.

- In case of receiving damaged item, if the buyer prefers a replacement, they have to submit the damaged item must be returned first before the replacement is dispatched.

  1. Non-refundable Items:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are delivered in a damaged or broken condition:

  • Personalized products
  • Artworks
  • Spiritual items
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

- In the rare occurrence of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

- We will request an unboxing video along with photographic evidence or additional information to assess the reported issue.

- Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.

  1. Exchange Policy:

- We currently do not offer exchanges for different items. If you would like a different item, please proceed with the return process and place a new order.

  1. Cancellation:

- In the event you wish to cancel your order, please mail us at support@trendplus.in, however, if the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
